Collaboration is a primary key to working together toward a common cause and building lasting relationships. Transitioning from their working years into retirement is a common interest to RK Wealth clients, and Eric’s hands-on comprehensive approach to planning along with his nearly 30 years of experience culminated in a breadth and depth of knowledge qualifying him to serve discerning clients.

Clients who appreciate honesty and integrity will be attracted to Eric’s process and philosophy about planning. His educational style and ability to simplify, explain, and solve their complex issues breeds confidence. To better serve his clients Eric devotes time to learning advanced planning concepts. Helping others is very rewarding for Eric. Eric has been married to his wife Michele since 1994. They reside in Altoona, Iowa with their two children – Zach and Olivia. We believe, to build a solid plan you must understand what is important for each client. This is the belief of Chris Kramer, Senior Partner of RK Wealth Management. Life’s uncertainties and investment risk will throw curveballs at any plan, which is why Chris follows a systematic and methodical approach that strives to reduce the effects of inevitable changes. Stress and anxiety can be crippling emotions. Chris’s process is designed to help reduce uncertainty and improve his client’s financial well being.

RK Wealth clients seem to appreciate Chris’s Iowa work ethic. After all, you can’t challenge some of the world’s best golfers unless you are willing to dedicate yourself to become great as Chris did in the 1980’s and early 1990’s as a professional golfer. When that chapter of his life concluded, he dedicated his energy to a career in financial planning. The repetition, consistency, and the ability to adapt to challenges translated well from professional golf to the financial services profession, and it’s his passion ever since.

Chris has been married to his wife Julie since 1998. They reside in West Des Moines, Iowa, and they have been blessed with two children-Elle and Will. The family is very active in their local church, Lutheran Church of Hope, along with various kids activities. Chris still plays golf with family and friends. He has also become an author. Having written the Faith based book “Pass the Test”.

Experience and passion help define Chanda Rydl and make her a great team member for RK Wealth.  Chanda began her journey in the financial services industry in 2009, working for a small boutique firm. She later secured a position as a personal assistant and excelled at bookkeeping and office management. However, she soon realized that helping people and being involved in the financial planning process is her niche, so she joined The RK Wealth Management Team!

She brings years of experience in operations, account maintenance, and assisting in the planning process that will benefit our RK Wealth clients. Not only is she excited to utilize her knowledge, she is eager to provide our clients with outstanding customer service.

Chanda, and her husband Tiegen, live in Southern Iowa with their three children; Hudson, Mayer, and Forest. She spends her free time doing what she loves most, being a fun, involved mom. She believes all good relationships are built on trust, and cannot wait to earn yours too!

RK Wealth Management acquired nearly half a decade of operational experience when Cindy joined the team. Our clients count on us to process their time sensitive account maintenance paperwork, such as processing Required Minimum Distributions on IRAs to avoid penalties, accurately and on time. Cindy’s prior experience makes her a resource for the team at RK Wealth and our clients when opening new and maintaining existing accounts. When clients receive correspondence and post-appointment follow up, they are feeling the presence of Cindy’s impact.

Cindy’s superior organization and prioritization skills keep the office running smoothly. Her background as a computer programmer/system analyst in the claims department of a large insurance company is on display within our firm.

If you feel the warmth and caring atmosphere when you walk through our doors it is likely Cindy’s impact being felt once again. She spent 10 years running an in-home daycare allowing her to nurture her children and many others during their formative years. Once her 4 children all were in school full time, she ventured back into the business world.

Cindy has been married to her husband Pat for 30 plus years, and has 4 children; Jacob, Brian, Tyler and Cassie. She enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible.
