Through quality talks with Eric, RK Wealth clients clarify their ideal retirement lifestyle, visualize their purpose, and make strides toward a life better for them and the people they care about. Collaboration is a primary key to working together toward a common cause and building lasting relationships. Transitioning from their working years into retirement is a common interest to RK Wealth clients, and Eric’s hands-on comprehensive approach to planning along with his nearly 30 years of experience culminated in a breadth and depth of knowledge qualifying him to serve discerning clients.
Clients who appreciate honesty and integrity will be attracted to Eric’s process and philosophy about planning. His educational style and ability to simplify, explain, and solve their complex issues breeds confidence. To better serve his clients Eric devotes time to learning advanced planning concepts. As a board member past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and as a member of Society of Financial Services Professionals (FSP) Eric is exposed to new strategies to address the challenges his clients might face. He serves in a leadership role at the national level with Theta Chi Fraternity. Like he does with his clients, Eric developed procedures to insure financial accountability and focused on challenges to effect positive change for future success. This earned him Theta Chi’s highest recognition, The Distinguished Service Award.
After many years of coaching youth sports, Eric now serves on the Altoona Soccer Club Board. He has helped to transition the club to their new 80 acre complex, raised funds for equipment and scholarships, and facilitated a positive, active lifestyle for more kids. Helping others is very rewarding for Eric. Eric has been married to his wife Michele since 1994. They reside in Altoona, Iowa with their two children – Zach and Olivia. On weekends, they are likely to be found doing something soccer related, gardening or traveling.
